Q.    What is the resort fee?

A.

A daily resort fee of $28 (tax inclusive) will be applied to all reservations.

The resort fee includes:

  • In-room high speed internet & WiFi
  • Daily USA Today newspaper
  • Local and toll free numbered calls
  • Limited Business Services such as outgoing faxes, copies, notary, and boarding pass printing
  • Free access to the Cardio Room located on the 4th floor, in the 300 wing.
    Open daily from 5am – 11pm.

Q.    Can I receive a rate and availability quote, or make a change to an existing reservation via e-mail?

Reservation changes, along with a rate and availability quote, cannot be given via e-mail. Q.    Does MGM Grand have Electric Vehicle charging stations?

A.

MGM Grand currently has two electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located at parking level 2. These EV Charging Stations are free to use by guests.

Q.    What time is check-in / check-out?

A.

Our standard check-in time is 3pm however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is prepared. Your rooms are guaranteed to be ready anytime after 3pm. Our standard check-out time is 11am. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon occupancy and availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.


Q.    Does MGM Grand offer Business Center services?

A.

The main hotel has a Business Services desk located near the Bell Desk at the MGM Grand hotel lobby. Hours of operation are 6:00am - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday, and 7:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday - Sunday.
There is also a Business Center located on the 1st floor of the conference center. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00 pm. Both locations include the following services:

  • DROP OFF ITEMS
    Provided for hotel guests only. Only non-valuable items will be accepted. Items not accepted include: Keys, Tickets, Jewelry and Electronics.
  • CELL PHONE CHARGERS
    Guest can purchase a used or new cell phone charger.
  • FAXING
  • PHOTOCOPIES
  • RENTALS
    Cellular phones, Computers, Copiers, Fax Machines, Printers, Workstations.
  • RETAIL
    Boxes, Notepads, Pens, Scissors, Tape, etc.
  • NOTARY

  • SHIPPING & RECEIVING
    Federal Express, United States Postal Service, and UPS.
    Pick-up and delivery at any MGM location, guest must be present. Handling fees are assessed for each incoming and outgoing package and are based on weight of the package.

Q.    What type of amenities are included in your rooms?

A.

All of our rooms include the following amenities: Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Coffee makers are not included, however you may arrange for fresh coffee to be delivered to your room at a specified time by calling Room Service the night before. All accommodations offer High-Speed Internet access.


Q.    Does your hotel offer a workout facility?

A.

Workouts are a pleasure in our state-of-the-art gym which includes cardiovascular and weight equipment, steam room, sauna, whirlpools, and showers. It is yours to enjoy with robe, sandals, soft oversized towels, toiletries, fruits and juices, as well as lockers, safety deposit boxes, and a TV lounge. Spa facility fees are $25 per day for hotel guests. The Spa offers many additional services such as fitness, stress relief, skin care, facials, massages, manicures, and spa packages. Hotel guests also have access to the Cardio Room located on the 4th floor, in the 300 wing. It is open daily from 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and features treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent and upright bikes.

Q.    Does MGM Grand offer free parking for hotel guests?

A.

For your convenience, we offer free self-parking in our Main Parking Garage, as well as Valet Parking. Oversize vehicle parking is also available for hotel guests. Please see Front Drive Associate for more information.


Q.    Does your hotel provide wheelchairs?

A.

Wheelchairs are available for rent through the Bell Desk. We currently charge $10.00 per day for hotel guests and they must have a credit card on file or a $250.00 deposit is required.


Q.    Does your hotel offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

A.

MGM does offer room accommodations for the physically challenged with amenities ranging from roll-in showers to bathroom handrails. Please contact MGM Grand Reservations at 1-888-646-1203 or (702) 891-7777 for additional information.


Q.    How many guests do you allow per room?

A.

Hotel policy allows a maximum of (4) guests over the age of 12, and (1) guest 12 or younger per room. If there are more than 2 people, regardless of age, there will be an additional charge of $35.00 per additional guest, per night.


Q.    Does MGM Grand Hotel allow pets?

A.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on property, with the exception of assistance animals (those needed to assist the physically challenged ). If you should require information on boarding kennels, please call MGM Grand Reservations at 1-888-646-1203 or (702) 891-7777.


Q.    Does MGM Grand Hotel have a Wedding Chapel?

A.

Q.    Can I pre-arrange to have flowers, champagne or other gifts to be sent to a guest room prior to their         arrival?

The Concierge may assist in ordering flowers, an item from our amenities line, such as Dipped Strawberries & Chocolate with Champagne, Ethel M Chocolates, Fruit Baskets, or a Fruit & Cheese basket with wine, or any other custom order. Q.    Can I join M life prior to my arrival?

A.

You may join M life in person at the M life Desk or online at https://www.mlife.com. Simply present valid picture ID at the M life Desk and you'll receive your M life card on the spot.
